Who We Are
We are an organization led by the caring employees of Saatchi & Saatchi X. We are business men and women, administrative assistants, writers, researchers, professionals, artists, and more. We are ordinary people from all walks of life who have an unyielding passion to ensure the children in the communities where we work and live have every opportunity to grow, discover, and realize their dreams.
The C.A.R.E Initiative (Children, Awareness, Responsibility, and Encouragement) was founded on the premise of protecting underserved children in our communities and helping them to reach for and achieve a better quality of life. Our efforts are concentrated on those children who are the most vulnerable, forgotten, or underserved.
What It Means
Children: They are the future of our community. They are who we support and what we are about.
Awareness: The needs of the children in our communities are many and often go unnoticed. We are dedicated to promoting the causes of children in need where we work and live.
Responsibility: We have been given much as an organization and have the responsibility to stand in the gap for underserved children in our area.
Encouragement: We are here to support the charities in our communities that are in the trenches and fighting for children every day.
Who We Serve Northwest Arkansas
Quite simply, we help kids, and we do it by supporting special programs through local organizations including Children’s Advocacy Center, EOA Children’s House, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), EverHope, and the Children’s Safety Center.
What makes The C.A.R.E. Initiative unique is its dedication to making sure these organizations are equipped and have access to the resources needed to shelter and champion those children without a voice of their own.

Since 2003, The C.A.R.E Initiative (formerly TM Children’s Foundation) has raised over 1.4 million dollars, donated over 3000 hours in volunteer time and had a measurable and profound effect on the lives of children in need. This dedication leads everything we do.
From child advocacy to mentorships and guidance to counseling and education, the programs we support impact families across our community and your community. Every dollar contributed, every hour invested, every resource given goes directly to the children of our communities.
